Before is the average Shopify cost of the product's published variants (column I of the store tab); sizes can differ. New is the Expected COGS (column J), one figure for every size. Both are in the store's own currency. Pale bars rest on fewer than 5 single-item orders.
What one unit costs now (USD)
The new cost split into its parts, from single-item orders paid after 24 Oct 2026. EU stores now pay import duty on every unit; Harvini (Norway) and Mygiftnest pay little or none, so their costs rose least or fell.

1-item hoodie cost per market (USD)
Each row runs from the v10 quote (hollow dot, with its date) through the Shopify cost just before 27 Oct (grey square, converted at the 27 Oct rate) to the 27 Oct cost from single-item orders (solid dot). Mygiftnest's 27 Oct cost is one blend of its US, UK, CA and AU orders.
Quotes for 1, 2 and 3 hoodies
v10 keeps one quote per market (the July 23 upsell rows are left out), so earlier quotes survive only in its changelog. The comparison sheet's Price History tab keeps every quote from now on.

Supplier decisions per store
Each store and product family (or single code) is costed on its own parcels from the order window. Dennis is priced from his invoices of the last 90 days, read per tracking number. Tick Approve on the sheet's Assignments tab to accept a switch.
Cost updates per store
Variants whose new cost or supplier differs from Shopify. Build the Hextom upload files from the sheet: Price Sync › Export Hextom CSVs.
Variants to update
Costs are in each store's currency: the assigned supplier's 1-item price to the store's main country, with the chosen courier.
Latest prices by supplier
Only codes where two or more suppliers are compared. Each supplier is shown with the courier chosen for that country, weighted by how many items your parcels usually hold.
1-item price history
Every quote for the code and country above over the last year. Dennis is shown as his monthly average billed cost.
Test a selling price
Pick a store and product code to see its current supplier cost, then type selling prices to see the margin. The prices start at 3× cost as an example. Nothing you type here is saved or sent to Shopify.
Price rows not matched to a code
Supplier rows from the last year that no code rule turns into a variant code you sell. Add a row on Setup - Code Rules (or Size Aliases) to include them.
Variants with no usable price
The assigned supplier has no 1-item quote for the store's main country, or there is no exchange rate.
Stale quotes on selling codes
The newest quote is older than the stale-quote limit in Setup - Settings. Ask the supplier for an update.
